I feel extremely grateful for what STRUT and Co3 have come together to offer myself and the community. I have hope that the year ahead will be filled with inspiration, challenge and connection.

A lot of people have asked me what I am going to do with this opportunity. At first I found it hard to articulate as there are a thousand ideas wriggling in my mind. But I needed to simplify.

This year is for me to completely invest in all that interests me creatively. Throughout the past 15 years I have suffered from mental health issues. It is only within the past three years that I have started to care for myself. I now feel more excited and capable than I ever have. This fellowship is supporting me to realise the extent of what I am interested in and capable of.

I'm interested in challenging my articulation of self-thought to better connect with others.

This will be an open platform where others can come and also suggest creative endeavours or responses to mine or other’s creative work.
